i am trying to request for a return because i am not happy with te item i recieved. customer service is terrible and cannot follow the policy listed on the website.

Avoid buying from Hazel the Label at all costs. I placed my order three weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I trusted this company because their website lists a U.S. address, but I later discovered that the order is actually being shipped from China. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and the delay in receiving my order. I will update my review once I finally receive the product.

They do not accept returns and are falsely advertising that they do

This was truly a horrible dress that I spent $90 on. The material was cheap, and the stitching was frayed. It arrived shoved into a package and was so wrinkled, it literally looked like someone balled it up and threw it in there. The dress was the "Stevie Tiered Spaghetti Strap Dress" and it looked like it was put together with the cheapest material on earth. NOTHING like what their website shows. Truly so disappointing that someone would sell something like this to a customer. Leaving reviews like this to me is pointless, because it is not like this company will read mine and think to change. But, if this review does keep one other person from wasting their money, then that counts for something. Please do not buy from here.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Their return policy is not real and their customer service is so hard to deal with. Terrible customer service and terrible dress quality. Lost all my money.

If I could give Hazel the Label zero stars, I would. My experience with this company has been absolutely ridiculous from beginning to end. The dress I received was nowhere close to what was advertised on their website. The pictures make the dress look like a beautiful, well-made, quality piece, and what I actually received looked and felt like something I could have ordered from Temu. The quality was extremely disappointing, and I genuinely cannot understand how they feel comfortable advertising the product the way they do. What makes this even more frustrating is their terrible customer service and piss-poor return/refund policy. I have had to go back and forth through multiple emails just to try to get a reasonable resolution to a problem that THEY created by sending me an item that does not live up to the product they advertised. Somehow, I’m expected to take responsibility for the shipping and inconvenience of returning a dress that I never would have purchased had their website accurately represented what I was actually going to receive. And apparently this isn’t just my experience. I went through the comments on their Instagram, and there are multiple people complaining about the same exact issues—poor quality, items not looking like the photos, and horrible customer service. At a certain point, when you see enough people saying the same thing, it starts looking less like a coincidence and more like a business practice. I would be embarrassed to run a company where customers have to practically beg for a fair resolution after receiving an item that doesn’t match the advertisement. Instead of hiding behind a terrible policy, maybe take some accountability and actually listen to the customers who are giving you their hard-earned money. Hazel the Label: maybe stop putting products on your website that you cannot deliver at the quality you advertise. Your customers should not have to pay for shipping, waste their time emailing you, and argue for a refund because YOU sent them a disappointing product. I absolutely would not recommend this company to my friends, family, or anyone who asks me about them. In fact, after this experience, I would actively tell people to shop somewhere else. I will also be leaving reviews elsewhere because potential customers deserve to know what kind of experience they may be getting themselves into. Maybe instead of worrying about deleting negative comments or hiding behind your policies, you should focus on better quality products and significantly better customer service. The dress was disappointing. The customer service was disappointing. The policy is disappointing. And the entire experience has been a complete waste of my time. Do better, Hazel the Label. Seriously.

I would not even give Hazel the Label one star, more like negative star. This website is a scam, the items they ship are a poor design and material they are not even fit for a Halloween costume much less an actual formal or even informal affair. Save your money and do not buy from them. They ship from China and make returns impossible with not option for a refund of your money.... SCAM SCAM SCAM

This brand is absolutely terrible. And Horrible. And so many other adjectives that can't be left on this website. Completely not accurate to what the website showed and craftsmanship was non-existent.
