I asked to return a shirt that's not even the correct size and you said no. I have 16 grandchildren and have enjoyed ordering from you but I won't be anymore

My niece loved her jumper and it was lovely on her. Unfortunately it arrived after her birthday. The shipping took a long time.
Response from Hayden GirlsMar 11, 2026
Hi Jessica, Thanks so much for your kind words! We’re really happy your niece loved the jumper. We’re sorry it arrived after her birthday, we know how special those moments are and truly apologize for missing that window. While we do ask for 1–5 business days to process and ship orders. We know it’s frustrating when things don’t arrive on time. We’ll be reaching out shortly to make this right. Thanks again for sharing your feedback! We really appreciate it and hope we can turn this into a better experience for you. Warm regards, Hayden Girls
