I have yet to receive my item and I it could be in immaculate shape without flaws and I'd still leave 1 star, 0 if that was an option. My first experience and I ordered 3 sale pieces. After processing, I was notified that 2 items were out of stock. I was sent an email to notify me of this and included was a request for communications prior to shipment if their was an issue. I replied immediately less than 12 hours after getting requesting they cancel. Needless to say, the following days later I get zero reply from customer service and they shipped one item anyway. I wasn't interested in paying almost $8 to ship one clearance piece. We are normally Boden shoppers and I will not order from this company again. Needless to say I should have read the reviews beforehand.

They sold me a velvet hoodie with a broken zipper. They refused a return / refund. They stated according to company policy the velvet hoodie was a final sale item. It was $38 and it is trash. I can either pay more money to have the zipper replaced at my cost and time or I can junk it. This was my 1st experience with Hayden Girls and it was a negative.

The dress I ordered came with salvage fabric on the collar (rainbow stripe that didn’t match the color or pattern of the dress). I bought the dress for family pictures and didn’t want to blow up a picture of my daughter and see this obvious dress flaw right by her face. I contacted the company for a return/refund. They replied and said they would refund less shipping (their policy). When I replied with a picture of the flaw to see if they could exchange or at least not charge me to ship back a dress I can’t use I got no response. After a week, I reached out again and sent in pictures. Again, I heard absolutely nothing back. Not impressed with the customer service. Will not be ordering from them again. A little communication goes a long way and they dropped the ball with me.

I like this company for two reasons: one: it is HIGHLY experienced, and 2, IT HAS MY NAME. :}
