The garment is very pretty. I’m giving as a Christmas gift so I have no feedback that way.

The dress I ordered as a gift for my granddaughter went astray due to my fault entirely. I contacted customer service at Hayden Girls. Joci worked with the USPS (kudos to them, too) and I received my package this past Saturday. The perseverance and patience Joci exhibited during this episode was stellar. What a winner she and the staff at Hayden Girls are! And they sell lovely merchandise for young girls. This was my first experience with Hayden Girls. It won’t be my last. I will recommend them at every opportunity.

The color black sweater is a Christmas gift for one of our grandchildren. I won’t be able to tell you anything until after she opens it. Visually it did look nice.

My return request for these overpriced pants was denied, then someone called to see how my pants experience was and I called back and told them what I thought and got no call back. This company is garbage.

Hi Samantha, We’re very sorry that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us! You should have received a separate email with a return label for the pants you weren’t happy with. Our team will continue working with you to make this right. Thank you for giving us the chance to resolve this! Warm regards, Hayden Girls
