Car was delivered exactly on time, no damage or issues with pick up. Everyone was super helpful when we called for updates. Only concern was drop off, no receipt was slightly alarming. Otherwise, great all around, would definitely recommend.

Great price, very available staff, very clear instructions. Based on the reviews I've read, it looks like they've made great improvements in these areas. Our car arrived 16 days later than estimated (due Jan 15, arrived Jan 31), and there was no way to get updates or live-time tracking until it got to port. We weren't in a rush to get the car, so no problem for us, but that was the only issue.
