The wood panels arrived promptly and in excellent condition. I was initially impressed by the high-quality materials and the overall aesthetic. However, after installation, I noticed a significant color variation among several panels. This was quite disappointing, as it compromised the uniformity of the finished look. I contacted customer support about the issue and provided photos of the color difference, along with the product label. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication and customer service is extremely frustrating. While the product itself is visually appealing, the quality control issues and complete absence of customer support have left me feeling dissatisfied with my purchase. I would caution potential buyers to be aware of these potential shortcomings October 10 Update. I appreciate the initial response to my support request. However, despite providing the requested photo evidence and following up multiple times, I have not received any communication from Hausvita. I left a review detailing my experience, and I find it unusual that Hausvita only responded (to the same email chain where I provided photos and follow ups) after becoming aware of the negative feedback.
