Great experience
The hauseit guys were very helpful and were available to answer my questions 24/7. I posted on streeteasy first, and then was contacted by hauseit. They post on additional sites, for a better value than just listing through streeteasy. We saved 6% on realtor fees - I would definitely work with them again.

Dear Katerina - It was our pleasure to help you sell For Sale by Owner in Manhattan without hiring a traditional NYC listing agent. If you are looking to sell, we can also offer you 1% off of your purchase price through our NYC home buyer cash back (commission rebate) program! https://www.hauseit.com/nyc-broker-commission-rebate/

Great experience.
I was apprehensive to not use an agent to sell our coop but the team at hauseit made it as easy as possible. They were extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Hi Kim – We are so happy that you committed to listing your Brooklyn coop For Sale by Owner! As you proved, successfully selling without a broker is something that every Brooklyn home seller who puts in the effort can aspire to. We don’t think anyone should feel pressured to hire a listing agent and pay 6% in NYC real estate commissions just because of convention! It was our pleasure to help you sell your Brooklyn coop FSBO ☺ Best wishes, Hauseit

I had a pleasure to
I had a pleasure to work with Hauseit. I sold my house above asking and my current attorney was recommended by Hauseit. If you a home owner don't think twice working with these guys will be the best decision to sell your house. JL

Hey Julio – Your NYC FSBO success story is an inspiration to homeowners who are contemplating selling without a broker. The fact that you sold your property for above asking price to an unrepresented buyer, all without using a listing broker or buyers’ agent, is testament to the fact that selling For Sale by Owner is an effective and winning strategy. Nobody should feel obligated or pressured to hire a traditional 6% listing agent if he or she has the time and motivation to sell FSBO. We are happy to be working with you again on your second NYC FSBO listing!

Very positive experience.
Hauseit delivered just what they promised - three months of listing for the cost of one month- and additional listing on sites where buyer's brokers would look. All inquiries were forwarded to me without any problems. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Dear Steve – It’s great to hear that your NYC apartment is in contract with an unrepresented buyer. You’ve succeeded in selling FSBO in NYC and saving the full 6% commission. We hope you share your FSBO success story with others so that more homeowners consider selling For Sale by Owner and saving six percent in broker fees! Thanks, Hauseit

Great Company
I had a great experience with Hauseit. I was selling my apartment without a broker when Nick from Hauseit reached out to me. I was hesitant at first because it sounded too good to be true but my Streeteasy listing was about to expire and it was going to cost the same amount as signing up with hauseit. It seemed like a no-brainer because not only would hauseit keep my listing as is on the websites I was already listed but they would advertise my listing on additional websites including those on which only agents could post listings like mls. It took so much of the stress and work off my shoulders because if I wanted to make a change all I had to do was reach out to them and they were always very responsive. And any inquiries made about my apartment were forwarded to me. I would recommend this company to anyone that's selling on their own.

Thanks for your support, Martha! We were so pleased to see you succeed as a Brooklyn FSBO seller. It's nice to know that you didn't have to pay that traditional, steep NYC listing agent commission just to sell your home. Don't forget about our home buyer buyer commission rebate program when purchasing. It lets you save 1% on the purchase price of your new property!

Success Story Listing with Hauseit
I was looking for the most efficient way to list my apartment in Chelsea. I came across Hauseit and it provided me with all the tools I was looking for. In particular, not having to pay a broker 6% for them to list my apartment with other co-brokers was the key! I sold my apartment in a month! I encourage you to try out this service and you will be getting requests to see your property in no time! - Alex S. November 2015

Hey Alex - It was a true pleasure working you as a NYC FSBO seller! We are glad you didn't feel obligated or pressured to work with a traditional NYC listing agent and pay 6% just to sell your home. You approached the NYC For Sale by Owner process with professionalism and patience, which are two prerequisites for success without using a broker. Are you looking to buy anything in NYC? Don't forget about our NYC commission rebate offer. It will let you save 1% on your purchase price of a NYC property!

More Options for Homeowners!
Love the fact that NYC owners who don't want to pay the hefty 6% commission now have the option to sell their homes themselves! Generally homeowners know more about their own homes than real estate agents, so if you're a homeowner and have the ability and time to sell your own home, why not use this option? I listed my home with Hauseit and was able to negotiate more than full asking price. Very happy with this service!

Ying - Thanks again for working with us! We fully agree with your view here on selling FSBO in NYC. Nobody knows a unit better than the owner, and if you have the time to sell on your own why not go for it? 6% commission saved on your NYC condo or coop sale can result in NYC sellers earning $50,000 more on a property sale. For larger NYC properties, the commission savings can exceed six figures. For zero % listing agent commission we give NYC FSBO sellers all of the identical tools/technology offered by traditional listing agents who charge 6%! We allow the listings of NYC FSBO sellers to compete on a level playing field with those of full-service agents, maximizing a FSBO seller's chance of finding a buyer. Hello Stefan - We very much enjoyed helping you sell your NYC co-op For Sale by Owner! You were a wonderful client to work with. It would be much appreciated if you could share your success story with fellow NYC home sellers who want to reduce or eliminate the amount of NYC listing agent commission payable during his/her home sale. To earn that NYC commission rebate on your next home purchase as discussed, please reach out when you are ready to begin the search.
