Should have hired them earlier!
I am generally a distrustful person and thought that most of these reviews were generated by Hauseit or their relatives/friends. How else to explain such consistent positive reviews. After 4 agonizing weeks of open houses and zero offers we took a chance and hired them. The next week, we got offers and are now in contract negotiations at a price that we are very pleased with. Chris was amazing and went above and beyond what I expected. He was very responsive and patiently explained eveything. Don't wait four weeks, hire this company immediately! They are definitely worth it!

Excellent service and lead generation
Hauseit provided excellent service starting with walking me through the steps of using their service, then to posting the listing, then to getting an accepted offer. Its service made a big difference with the FSOB process. It is as effective as described on its website. I have been recommending its service to my friends who are interested in doing FSOB themselves.

Hauseit takes the angst out of FSBO!
We saved a ton of money, but we also were spared a ton of aggravation. Hauseit sent a great photographer and got our apartment listed on all the sites that count within a day or two. The person that helped us with the open house was fantastic and extremely professional. We had 3 offers that day, and are hoping to be in contract soon. Really, I couldn't recommend Hauseit's services more. I was very intimidated by the prospect of going FSBO, but with Hauseit, we never felt like we were alone. Entirely worth the very reasonable fee.

Life Saviour - Saved 60k on Sale
Thank you Hauseit. Indeed, the time I spent googling "FSBO" and "sell broker free" paid off. I landed on the Hauseit page, utilized their services, and my property was listed the same day. Did not even have to fly across the pond to get it done. Saved a ridiculous amount of dollars. Very pleased. Would recommend.

Excellent Service
Hauseit worked exactly as advertised. We sold our NYC apartment after one very well attended open house. About half of our potential purchasers came in without a broker and we sold the apartment to one of them thus avoiding even a small broker fee. Hauseit was a pleasure to deal with as well. Every step of the way, Nick answered all my emails almost instantly and made the process as easy as possible. I have already sung the praises of this company to others in my building. They did a fantastic job.

Excellent service, flat rate!
I signed up for Hauseit after listing my apt for a week and getting 90% broker interest. After Hauseit listed my apartment on its sites, I had an open house, and ended up getting 5 offers (and I'm currently in contract), all near or above my asking price. Amazing deal, and I'd recommend them to everyone.

Great concept and execution
My experience working with the Hauseit team to sell my property was seamless and pleasant. The listing service, photography package and website were all money well spent. Communication was always prompt and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling their property without a broker.
