I bought a Hatsan factor sniper s.177cal in december. 1 month later the regulator stopped working. I tried cleaning it, but it did nothing. So I contacted Hatsan usa for spare parts, they couldn’t send to Europe so they refered me to Hatsan Turkey. They were really helpful, and about two weeks later I got a new regulator. Everything works fine now. The customer service was amazing, highly recomend.

SAFETY ; DELIVERY, Communication ISSUES
Hatsan has 3 major problems.
Quality of the product, customer service and SAFETY ( Firearms delivery method used)
Quality of the product.
We bought Hatsan Mod 125 Spring Combo Spring Piston Air Rifle, 25 Caliber, which after (not even ) 30 days upon opening start to have rust all over the barrel and the metal elements.
Once we contacted Hatsan, they asked us to send it back. (One month of silence and me pushing for root causes followed)
After 30 more days all Shane (customer service) could say, was that they were sending a new one. He avoided my question.
Clearly worried, that the new one would have the same quality issues, I asked for the third time what the root cause of the previous one was.
Shane confessed, that they had not done the right quality checks and they forgot to put the protection oil (Attached evidence)
Poor customer service.
When you contact Hatsan (service AT hatsanusa.com) you must expect an answer anytime between 2 to 3 weeks. Apparently for them it is normal. Mr Shane will also try to avoid any direct question and therefore causing customer to send another email, for which you will be waiting in silence for days and days, etc….
Firearms delivery method used.
Mr Shane shipped the Replacement of the Firearm. It never arrived and I had to investigate through FEDEX. All I could see from their tracking was “delivered” and a the proof was a photo of some grass in the countryside was attached ( clearly a joke)
What Mr Shane did - and he never confessed it in writing – was that he had sent through FEDEX as a normal package, which was dropped outside the door in a dodgy neighborhood, while we were on vacation. This was the result of our internal investigation. Shane was hiding again from confessing
The first Firearm had therefore been stolen. Now it is in the hands of teenagers/kids in the area
This is very concerning from a safety standpoint. Even more by the fact that Hatsan does not honestly admit their faults and would rather ship another firearm so to keep the mouth shut
I WILL NEVER compromise safety against ANY free Firearm shipping. Make no mistake!
Stay away
(SHAME on SHANE)
I am giving 2 stars instead of one, for having sent me the second firearm

I am not sure
I am not sure, I think they need to go out of business from so many bad reviews. I bought a Hatsan invader Auto rifle $511 and a spark compressor for $450. I did receive an email response but it totally did not address my concerns. Honestly I think I am screwed. Wish I would have done a review search before I spent over $1000. My issue was not having any documentation about how to properly attach the brass air fill nozzle to the rifle. I may sell the rifle and compressor without ever using them. I might just cut my losses lick my wounds and invest in another brand cause it appears Hatsan is a sub par outfit. I mean attaching the air nozzle correctly should be a very important part of the instruction manual but they had nothing about how to do such an important Assembly procedure, which has a potential health risk implications from dealing with compressed air. nah! You know what …. Hard Lesson learned.

Purchased a brand new Hatsan Escort…
Purchased a brand new Hatsan Escort turkey gun in 20 gauge. The trigger plate assembly is defective and the company will not return my emails, messages, or calls. This is not the first poor experience.

I honestly wish I could give negative…
I honestly wish I could give negative stars. Purchased an Escort shotgun and it didn't work right out the box. Returned to them they sent back to me still inoperable. Now they are completely ignoring all attempts to communicate.

Substandard Products Unethical Business Practices
The Hatsan Factor RC held air for about 90 days then spontaneously blew an O-ring seal. Warranty request form on their website is disabled permanently. The phone number is not answers and messages are not returned.
Finally found an email address and got an RMA. After a month between shipping and shop time the air rifle would not take air upon return and had several loose screws. Immediately started leaking from bleed screw. Tightened and attempts to fill and o-ring seal blew out. Removed bottle to find regulator assembly was not screwed in to receiver. Returned again. Air rifle was shipped to wrong address despite putting correct new address on RMA. Gun was recovered luckily. Returned charged with air. Gun worked about a weak before seal blew out again.
HatsanUSA ignored my emails after the third failure until I contacted the Better Business Bureau. At that point their “CEO” Rayburn Blaine Manifold answered in a belligerent manner accusing me of not following instructions in the manual and insulting personally. Rayburn Manifold wrote that he didn’t want or need business from “Karens” like me.
Needless to say I’m completely shocked by this behavior. Absolute worse costumer service experience I’ve ever had. Stay away from these people and their substandard products.

Hats off to Hatsan, NOT
Recently purchased some breech seals and 4 tins of pellets. Received only the breech seals and NOTHING ELSE. I've tried to contact customer service but only get automated response, I've also left numerous
voicemails and received NO RESPONSE. It's funny because this was my first order with the company and they failed. I'm out $34 with lessons learned, read reviews before making purchases and use PayPal to help secure refunds smoothly.

Avoid Hatsan at all costs.
Avoid Hatsan at all costs.
Like the other reviewers I've had nothing but problems with Hatsan.
These guys sent me an incomplete order. I emailed, called, and left web portal massages for at least two weeks. Not one single reply.
On a hunch I send them an email from a work email address during business hours and they responded right away. Red flag.
Hatsan had one job, put some orings in a bag. How do you fail at counting?
The reviews on Facebook, Google, the BBB, and the rest of the internet sum it up perfectly. Words like "unprofessional", "terrible", "junk", "rude", are often seen amongst reviews online. Red flag.
Also, look how Hatsan attacks reviewers and argues with them rather than take ownership and fix issues with tact. Red flag.
As with many other reviews, replies from Hatsan will most likely be defensive, snarky, and claim to have been contacted after hours. They will probably claim to be more than willing to refund me and place the sole responsibility on me for the breakdown in communication.
Hatsan will continue to fabricate a complex story about how a fake spam account is plotting against them and leaving bad reviews.
These types of rebuttals seem common from Hatsan. Another huge red flag.
The lengths Hatsan will go through to not refund $20 is sad.
