This company is a joke they need to stop selling their products in the United States everybody's right customer service is non-existent they sell you a product that breaks right away and then they do not warranty it they won't send you Parts they won't even contact you back do not buy from Hatsan USA they're a bunch of crooks

Company helped but the product I purchased are great. The 30 caliber break over is very fun to shoot my bt65sl 35 caliber is terrific

There is zero customer service. No one ever contacts you back, no one answers the phone. I have been trying for weeks to get parts to repair my airgun. It has made me never want to buy another one of their products again!

I purchased two youth shotguns at a major retailer less than a year ago. They aren't functioning correctly. I contacted Hatsan, and they won't help me because they say the guns were manufacturer in 2016 or 2017. I bought them new, but they will not stand by their warranty, despite my proof of purchase. I highly recommend avoiding this company if you care about quality or service.

I purchased a hatchet flash QE out of the box. Doesn't not work Doesn't shoot. Doesn't do anything. Can't even unscrew the cylinder hatson flash rifles are junk. Don't buy it will not take air

Incorrect description of gun on website and then lied about it being incorrect. The 'error' is still there but I guess I'm SOL

After trying 3 scopes, nearly every pellet brand available on my model 95 springer I did the pellet test and found that the pellet fell from breech to muzzle freely with the weight of one aluminum cleaning rod. I called Hatsan, slow response, and they sent me a replacement barrel for $80. When the pellet amout the muzzle with the test it was wet and covered witha rust mud. I sent it back and three weeks later received an email telling me that they had no replacements, but would try to clean up the rusted barrel and send it back, at full price. I suggested that they send it back and refund the cost, which they refused. I got the refund, but the rifle is worthless. I agree that they seem to be circling the drain, soon to close the doors. Seeing all the other reviews only strengthens that opinion.

Negative stars for this awful company. I purchased an air riffle for my cousin as a gift. Hatsan Gladly charged me, then disappeared! I tried contacting them on the status of my order, and had absolutely zero contact. Tried calling, emailing , opened 3 service desk tickets, a whole week went by, nothing. To make matters worse, I couldnt even log into their website anymore. Calling them is not even possible. You get disconnected , no one gets back to you. I mean... Seriously the hell with this company. Please, anyone reading this, do not buy from them. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. How are they in business? Now I am down $600 plus , without the item I ordered. No way of finding out what's happening. Buyer be ware !!
