No response from customer service regarding fit, so I ordered extra large, which was bigger than Brooks Brothers, so I spent another $25 to have it tailored. I like the sleeve length and the quality of the garment. Will buy again. Please put size guide on the website. Thank you.

GREAT customer service for GREAT products!

Pants don’t fit true to size. Return process was difficult. I wanted a different color when I made the swap. Called and wrote. They did not respond and sent the same color back. I’m a New Orleanian so wanted to support this company but the customer service for an expensive, 100% online, independent retailer is disappointing.

Exchange process has been easy so far. Still waiting on different size pants. Jacket is great quality. Very pleased.

Although the Jacket fit perfectly, the slacks were too tight in the waist. I exchanged them for size 38. Upon receipt of those they were also too tight. We were getting ready to travel so I set them aside, only to discover upon return that the tag listed 38R but the inside tag was 36R. I measured the wait to confirm the error. If the next pair is not correct, I plan to return the Jacket as well. Having heard many good reports of your company this is very disappointing.
