The pickled sausage and pork hocks were great. The container was not.
The pickled sausage and pork hocks were quite unique. We served with lime, hot sauce and beer. The only thing we were disappointed in were the containers. We thought we would be getting the Mason Jar containers, which would have been way more appealing.

We are so glad you enjoyed the pickled pork hocks and the pickled smoked pork sausage! Those are very popular sellers! The plastic jars are how all of the pickled meats we sell are packed by our supplier, so unfortunately we don't have control over that and we apologize!

Elderberry Jelly
The jelly had more of a jam consistence. I usually like jelly with a more solid texture. otherwise it was very good.
