Hart weedeaters are junk
Hart weedeaters are junk. This is the second time I have had a weedeater burn up. I carry a brush with me to clean the ventilation holes. Shame on you...

My Hart products are excellent. My customer service experience is terrible. Their chat does not turn on. Their text is not answered. I'm still waiting for a call back 3 hrs after leaving my number. I had a question about Ryobi attachments fitting on a Hart string trimmers. I'm going to buy one and if it does not fit, I'll return it to WalMart and Hart will eat it.

From day one I have had problems. Can't use the Self-propelled feature on my mower even on the lowest setting, it jumps and goes way too fast. Called in and got the run-around. It was missing the Grass stopper I spent about 2 hours getting shuttles around before getting help. They said no problem they would send it. After waiting a couple of weeks I called back to check. Was told they had 14 days to ship. Here I am still waiting. I was told I could not get a shipping date or a tracking #. I am still waiting. Terrible customer service. It is now 7/21/2023 and I have not gotten help. was finally told they would send the part but nothing.

I purchased the leaf blower and string trimmer combo both 40 V, of course. The string trimmer started smoking and failed to operate the second time I used it. I called customer service and waited for almost 2 hours for a not very nice person to finally answer. It turns out you have to take it into a service center. The service center near me turned out to be a guy in his garage. He doesn’t have time right now but if I’ll leave the serial number and the date I purchased it he’ll try to get back to me. I wrote to Hart Tools and they have been anything but helpful. Basically tough luck. That’s how we do things.

I bought A String Trimmer (HGT06 20V ) and after using the trimmer twice ,I felt it was way over priced and expensive to use ( meaning the string spools ). I use the Trimmer for about 20 mins ( if I'm lucky ) and wait to recharge the battery for another short term period of time ( rinse and repeat ... ) I would not recommend this trimmer to anyone unless they have money to spend!! Very disappointed with product to say the least!!!

You sit on hold for hours waiting for a live person . No one ever answers have a 40 volt lawnmower that quit working .drive 2 hrs to a warranty person they don't make the part that broke. I might have a new lawnmower by Christmas. Can't check status because no one ever ever answers the phone. Try text computer says will get a person your in a loop. Worst service ever. By the way this l awnmower is not even a year old.

Thr Hart 40 volt 18" lawn mower has very deceptive advertising and packaging. The box that it comes in clearly says "Cuts Up to 1/3 Acre" on 4 sides of the box in large lettering. I have now used the mower on two different weekends, and the maximum time that I can get out of the one battery that comes with the mower is around 35 minutes. It then takes 4 hours to fully recharge. My lot is 1/3 acre, and after 35 minutes mowing and the battery runs out, I have completed about 1/4 of my lawn, if I walk/push the mower as fast as I can. With a recharge time of 4 hours, it has taken me 2 days to mow my lawn the 2 times that I have used it. When I contacted customer service, the representative told me that 35 minutes was a good amount of time to get from the battery. I tried to explain that 35 minutes was not enough time to mow a 1/3 acre lawn, but the representative refused my request to provide another battery or a different charger that would take less time to recharge. I purchased the mower with battery and charger at Walmart for $218, and a single replacement battery is listed on Walmart.com for $218! At this point I am not sure if I will be returning the mower, or accepting the fact that it will continue to take me 2-3 days to mow my 1/3 acre lawn.

I bought my leaf blower back at the end of October, the battery would die after 10-15 minutes,I didn't use it again until trying it this March , the batery was dead and it can't be recharged , they obviously do this on purpase so you need to buy another battery which I did and that one only last about 10-15 min,now I have a battery that won't charge ,it just blinks 4 blue lights, why do they make batteries that can't be charged,I have call customer service and no surprise I'm still on hold
