Customer service is horrible... Been trying to get a battery replaced on my 3k+ riding lawnmower for about 4 months now... The website doesn't work to leave messages, the call center never answers the phone, and the call center hours are horrible... It's apparent that hart donest know it's customers have jobs and actually work. They also don't have parts available for purchase at any given time the product you bought is probably out of production. Extremely poor service from the same company that builds some of the best tools in the industry, tti industries....

Customer service is lacking. Spent 3500 dollars on their riding mower and bagger only to find battery warranty quit after a year. They agreed to replace within 10 to 14 days. Been over 30 days with not as much as an excuse. Looked it up online and it says battery unavailable. ..

The old saying; buy cheap and buy often. Purchased the 18inch mower. Had it less than a year. First the original battery that came with the mower stopped charging. They sent a new one. However, the original battery was a 20v 6 amp which they were out of stock. They sent a 5 amp. Cool. The mower works great when it work. It start even with a fully charge battery. Not reliable. I called the service center near me and left a voice mail. No return call. Should have bought a craftsman .

The batteries don’t last very long on the weed eater ,leaf blower combo . I had a worx weed eater ,leaf blower combo that would last for a month and a half before I would have to recharge it. With the harttools I can barely get done with a small lot that I use it for and have to recharge the three batteries that I have . With the worx combo I only have one battery

Ok so I bought almost every Hart cordless tool they make. 40v and 20v. The tools themselves arent that bad. Matter of fact I havent had but one tool quit after a little bit of use. My problem is that I now have this pretty good sized investment in a wide collection of tools that I can barely use. Im not even kidding when I say I have 15 hart batteries all different sizes. 20v and 40v every amp hour size they have and out of those 15 batteries 2 still work. I have one 40v that still works and I have 1 20v that still works. None of the way more expensive ones work just one little 2 amp hour 20v and the 2 amp hour 40v. The thing that really pisses me smooth off is they wanna charge crazy amounts for batteries that are just not worth a quarter of what they think they are worth. So thats my complaint. If you want a massive tool collection that you can use a few times and then just look at Hart is the way to go but if you want to actually slide good batteries onto your tools and use them well I would look elsewhere. I use power tools every single day of my life. At home and at work. Well previously at home but still at work. Had high hopes but roll that hope up and see if it will charge because the batteries wont.

I bought a new Hadt weed whacker. Got it home. Wouldn’t. Run. Battery does not seem to be charging. Waiting on the phone with customer service for an hour and a half’s no, on my second call, and still unable to talk to anyone

I am now on my 2nd Hart lawn tool issue! I ran into a Hart rep at a Walmart one day. He convinced me to try their products and given I was in market for lawn tools, I decided to try them out. Not long ago, after 3 uses, the hedge trimmer I bought just flat died. After taking videos to prove it wasnt running, Hart sent me a new one. Great. Now this week, my Hart string trimmer has met the same fate. It just died for no apparent reason. After 2 days of trying to call to no avail, someone finally called me back. Even though its still well within warranty, the lady at Hart said the only option was to take it to a repair shop. Theres not one anywhere near me. She said I could ship it to them for repair...at my expense! I asked her why they cant just replace it like my last dead Hart tool, and she said thats not an option. You dont tell customers that convenience isnt an option first of all! Since this is the second tool in a year to just die, its cheaper to just trash all Hart products I have and buy different brands. I should have know being a Walmart endorced product. Hart better figure something out or they will lose all of their customers.

Bought new Hart batteries for replacements and charger would not charge them. Had to jump start them for a few seconds with a power supply, then charger would work. Was told they were too low for the regular charger to even start charging.
