I’d like to thank Jake for his outstanding support throughout the entire process of purchasing my property. He was always responsive, helped coordinate with the solicitors, and ensured everything went as smoothly as possible. His guidance made a potentially stressful process feel much more manageable. Highly recommend.

Our experience dealing with Hartford and Liam has been rewarding. Liam has great patience and explained everything fully. He did not mind going back to cover something that we had not fully understood and made himself available to answer questions. He also provided us with information that will be useful to us in the years ahead. We have just exchanged on Rumford Place in Liverpool and are excited for the journey ahead.

I recently completed an investment purchase with the guidance and assistance of Liam Beswick. From first contact it was clear that Liam is highly skilled and very knowledgeable. He is clear and direct in communications, always accessible but not pushy, and a very good listener. Liam was understanding of my needs and patiently supportive throughout. He did not hesitate to stay in contact and provide assistance even while he was overseas on holiday. Another great asset on the team at Hartford Capital is Sharon Barlow. Sharon shepherded us through the process with skill and care. Amazingly, Sharon also looked after us while she was overseas, so it seems that even during the summer holiday season the people at Hartford Capital ensure clients are well looked after.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Clear communication, smooth process, and super professional throughout. Felt supported the whole way. Would definitely recommend and work with them again!

Jake supported me through my first investment in a kind and clear way. His patience and knowledgeable professionalism was reassuring as I embarked on this process. With a variety of options to suit my budget, Jake explained each prospective investment and helped me choose what was right for my circumstances. He was available throughout to answer all my questions and was able to connect me with other professionals as appropriate. Thank you!

Ryan has made our journey in securing the appropriate apartment for us at Trafford Waters with considerable expertise and guidance. The process was bumpy but all issues were tackled with professionalism, genuine interest and reassurance. I highly recommend his services and trust Hartford Capital

Whilst I have some experience in the property market I found Liam and his team excellent. Very easy to understand and provided an honest approach to a investing in a relatively new type of property investment. A great deal of trust and guidance was provided by Liam and he brokered a brilliant deal for my investment to which I thank him.

When I first enquired with various investment property agents, Liam was quick to call me, even though I am based overseas. He was direct, honest, and took considerable interest in my needs and expectations. After a few weeks of emailed, Whatsapped and Zoomed question and answer sessions I secured and apartment in Manchester's Trafford Waters development. Liam managed the purchase process smoothly. He was in regular contact, and also assisted during my dealings with the solicitors. Liam and Hartford Capital showed true professionalism and dedication which, as an overseas buyer relying on digital and spoken information, I found greatly reassuring. I highly recommend them to friends and colleagues.
