We have never purchased a property off-plan before. However Alexio from Hartford Capital was always available to answer our questions. He explained the various stages of the process and what to expect at each stage. Nothing was too much trouble, he really was available whenever we had a query, sometimes quite late in the day. I was initially very nervous about investing in developments with any investment company, it’s not an area I have any experience with but it was a sector that would diversify my own assets well. So I took the leap. I spoke with Alexio, a young Indian/Portuguese man who couldn’t have been more professional. He never at any stage of the process pushed me to make a decision, at one point he even told me to wait a few days to ensure the regulations all went through okay before proceeding. The investment in question has now broken ground and I received an estimated development completion date which has boosted my confidence massively. The whole process is naturally more risky than other tamer investments, but the returns reflect this.
