I go in Harris teeter and they don't have any green peppers so I asked the manager do they have any green peppers the person at the customer service desk she tells me she don't know she don't work in that area as a manager that's something that you should never say to a customer and then she proceeds to call the guy on the intercom and instead of the guy coming he walks to the back then I asked him and he says oh we don't get our truck on Tuesdays anymore so that means y'all don't have green peppers somebody's not ordering correctly very disappointed the whole produce section looked horrible with very little product and a lot of empty spots

Bad customer service at pharmacy. I am a retired man got medication for $211.00 and went to pharmacy to return, manager refused to refund. I will never go to pharmacy for medication. Lost one customer for ever.

What I like: Love the staff, the customers are nice, and over all it's a pleasant atmosphere. What I dislike: the prices are insane, the registers are horrible to operate, the employee benefits are abysmal (literally worse than just buying Harris teeter plus 99$/yr), you can't sit down most of the day, everything is all about appearance and not efficiency, I don't feel complaints are heard, and the scheduling app crashes constantly/doesn't work on some wifi connections. Overall I don't like coming home socially burned out from talking to people all day, back pain that's so bad that it's hard to do anything but lay down and ice it.

I live in Locust, NC. I wish you had a store out here. I tried Albemarle store but didn’t like it. So I go to Mint Hill every Thursday. Also I wish you would bring back your Strawberry and Creame coffee. I loved it. Marian Alaimo

Harris teeter here had sharp edges under shelving so in reaching for an item with no upper clearance, it tore my skin and cut me. They said they were unaware of the situation and denied me any compensation. How are they conducting health department and Dept of Agriculture inspection requirements and not know? Truth is they couldn’t be and not be aware of the split, broken and sharp metal from damage, as well as filth. This is a classic example how a large regional grocery chain doesn’t take responsibility for situations like these. If they don’t know that numerous sharp pieces of metal are sticking out in ways that can injure people when they peruse vegetables, how exactly are they handling their produce? It sickens me that these stores are managed like this. There are too many sporas etc. now this kind of stuff. Found the shelving was also filthy. Some of these stores follow rules designed to protect us. Harris Teeter? “We didn’t know there was a problem.” I still have a scar center forearm. Looks horrible. Wish I could post pics of the conditions there and on my arm. Didn’t find this at Publix, Lowe’s Foods, Lidles, Aldi, Lowe’s Foods or Whole Foods. To avoid a lawsuit from these jokers, this is my opinion only. I make my statements only to help the public understand the importance of store safety and proper required inspections and I didn’t find it here.

Super awesome! I wish there was one in Georgia, where I live but I went to one in North Carolina. It was so amazing and the employees were so friendly and helpful! The absolute best part was the fact that the atmosphere was just friendly!
