Stay a mile away from this company (which is based in China, BTW, not California). I ordered a large cardigan that was nowhere close to the correct size, so I went to return it. Unlike most credible online stores, you can't just process a return from their website. You have to email a request. Absolutely terrible experience, I need to exchange my sizes and the customer service number doesn’t work and there and no response to my repeated emails to start the return /exchange process. No way to run a business!

They vastly misrepresent their products. When you receive your item it will look nothing like what you thought you ordered based on the images. Junk products and a junk company. They will exploit you again when you try to return the product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

This place is horrible. Their name implies they are in California, but they ship from China. My order took 2 weeks to arrive. Once it arrived I was disgusted with the item. What they made LOOK like suede was polyester, and what was advertised as a Men’s Thermal Jacket was thinner than a windbreaker and had the zipper on the female side. Total junk, stay away

Negative 10 stars they are frauds we spent $105 on what look to be a bomber jacket. And when received it was nothing like the picture!! It looked like something bought at a dollar store… the zippers were fake it was painted on the material… the size was a child size .. the Sherpa or what ever the inside was fell apart in clumps!! Not even remotely close to what was advertised… paid $105 dollars and it was worth $5 … these people are disgraceful and frauds stay away !! Contact your bank for fraud charges if you did buy something…

I bought a leather jacket from these people which was not leather and was sent a small instead of an extra large then was told it would cost one half the price of the product to return it. Please stay away from this company. It's a scam.

BEWARE!!!! This place is a scam! They are NOT in the United States! Even though their address on their site says Wyoming. They ship everything from China and the size chart is NOT correct! And if you need to return you have to pay to ship it back to CHINA! And then they will tell you you agreed to this when you checked out. No you do not because NO WHERE on their site says anything about international shipping or CHINA. No where even the return page that says you have to pay for shipping. No where says China or international shipping. Beware DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

⭐ 1 STAR — AND EVEN THAT FEELS GENEROUS I honestly wish I could give Harrison of California less than one star. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. I made the mistake of ordering a coat without researching the company or reading the reviews first. What I received was extremely disappointing and looked absolutely nothing like the coat that was advertised on their website. The quality was so poor that I wouldn’t be comfortable wearing it to do my animal chores, let alone wearing it anywhere in public. The biggest frustration came when I tried to return it. I was given the option to send it back, but I would have been responsible for approximately $45 in return shipping. After paying for an item that was so different from what I expected, having to spend another $45 just to return it was incredibly frustrating. This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I will never order from this company again.
