Sent wrong item, made things difficult to do an exchange or give me a refund

Stay away from the brand. They pose as a Californian brand, but they are a Chinese company that ships from China hence weeks in delivery times and no way to return you orders. Furthermore, the sizes are all wrong and sizing does not American/European sizing. Lastly, the quality is insanely bad. STAY AWAY from this fraudulent company.

I ordered two pairs of the same shoe in different colors. When delivered, I got two pairs the same color. The fit was poor as was the quality of the materials and workmanship. I contacted the company to initiate a return. I was instructed to provide detailed explanation of the reasons for the return as well as pictures of the shoes to show they had not been used. They could then consider my request for a return and refund. I instinctively know where this is going. I am going to donate the shoes to local charity.

Terrible service!! Turn time was well over 3 weeks! They give and imply that they are based locally but shipping comes from china difficult to track and if it does not fit then you are either stuck returning it and it costing you $50 or you can replace it and still pay additional shipping cost.. Find your product elsewhere not worth the time and aggravation.

They would not acknowledge the color they sent didn’t exist on their website. Worst customer service experience ever. Customer service line was never answered. Completely bogus company. Made me spend $11 to get a replacement which I just chose another color because this “blue” was “hunter green”. Also the large was tiny. Legit made me angry and dragged the process on.

Ordered a jacket and did not receive what was advertised

I had higher expectations than were warranted. Harrison of California does a great job in their marketing, enticing website, photos, and models, but they drop the ball upon delivery. Their sizes are beyond unreasonable. My wife, who is a size medium in women's, fits Harrison's men's 2XL! I initially ordered four items. Of those, three were poorly made and made of cheap materials, and one was actually decent quality, smaller, but as a jacket was worth keeping. I contacted them to arrange returns, well within their 30-day return policy. They informed me that items would have to be sent to a factory in China, at my expense, and MUST be received within the 30 days. Needless to say, I saw the writing on the wall. How easily it would be for an address to a factory in China to be delayed, or never received by the date in question. I opted for their "generous offer" of placing a new order, given that I initially ordered everything XL, this time, to pick things 2XL (surely they would fit this time) and all for just a modest shipping fee of $80. So, I figured, my initial purchase of $190, plus $80, four new items, correct sizes, one item I was wanting to keep already, versus, looking at the jacket alone as costing me $190. They made it very clear, no returns or exchanges now, since this was already a "make good". I took my chances and ordered. The new four items came, not one of them fit 2XLs! Again, one time I liked, a different jacket, but now to be tailored for my wife to use it. Don't waste your time. Better options, better online retailers, better quality, better experience, better return/exchange policies with other companies.

I placed an order on Aug 1 2026. Within 5 minutes of my order I contact customer service and informed them the order went to the wrong address. It took them 4 days to respond. It is now the 20 of August. I still have not received my item nor do I want it. I have made several attempts at telling them to cancel my order. With no response other than they are looking into it. Do not buy from them. They have a US number but clearly they are overseas.
