ITS BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS AS I HAVE RETURNED A PAIR OF PANTS THAT WERE TOO SHORT AND TIGHT FITTING AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR A FULL REFUND

The zippers are painted on cheap fabric. The size is either children's or women's apparel size.The fabric is painted to appear as if it where a puff jacket. I would NOT recommend people from buying anything from Harrison of California. My experience was very poor just like the jacket I received.

Horrible company. Name states California but they are in China. Shipping took over 3weeks to arrive and the pants were too small. I emailed several times to ask about how to return per their policy and never got a reply. This is a scam company. Do not buy from them.

Quality and material of items shown in online images are completely fabricated. I purchased the TEXTURED SWEATER FOR MEN and it was nothing like shown online besides (maybe) the color. It looks to be made from polyester, like something you would get with a Halloween costume or a cheap soccer goalie jersey. The elbow pads in the online images are shown to be sewn on and described as such but for the actual item they are printed on. It’s described as a waffle knit sweater but is nothing more than a polyester piece of garbage. Customer service is fairly responsive but the options they provide for return are designed to force you to keep the item due to shipping costs you have to incur to ship back to China or a measly 15% instant return. This site should be required to shutdown for false advertisement of goods and services.

The item are does not match the size indicated according to the chart. I ordered an extra large, but the pants size are like a small size. Also, your website & your shipping label are misleading. Your return policy does not indicate that items have to be sent back to China for a refund.I would have never ordered the suits Also, your shipping label shows that items are shipped from Flordia. Buyers need to be aware of your misleading information.

They are the worst merchant. The product quality of the men's pants is marginal at best. The size accuracy is whole fully bad. The actual product very likely is not made and distributed in California as they market but "fulfilled" from a foreign country with expensive shipping costs and customs fees for return if you have a return. If you're product is not perfect, and I doubt it will be, they use the classic bait and switch to keep your money. The only difference between Harrison and say Temu is that Temu takes a little longer but they will consistently have a better quality product than Harrison. And Temu will suggest you adjust for US sizes when ordering and Harrison does not. And, there customer service is bad. Never again using Harrison.

Buyer Beware! The quality and sizing are not based on US standards and run extremely small to size.While the company indicates 30 day return policy for a refund - you need to read the fine print. They expect you to pay the return shipping to their factory in China! This runs about $50 and they indicate that the processing is not guaranteed. My interaction with customer service was more than frustrating. I would suggest any buyer look elsewhere for product!!!

I ordered a quilted jacket through them. Online it looked great. When. I got the jacket it was a print of a quilted jacket. Not even quilted. So disappointed, I've been looking for a jacket like this for a while, if I would of gotten what was in the picture I would of been really happy.
