Horrible customer service. Evasive shipping details. No tracking number and when trying to obtain from their customer service all I receive is a generic computer generated response. They are refusing to refund my money and I have not received the order and, after a month of going back and forth with them, still no carrier tracking has been provided. Not a trustworthy company. Don’t waste your time or money.

Buyer beware. Incredibly poor quality material from China. SHEIN level quality at a much higher cost. Not only was the material so cheap I’d be scared to wash it, the sizing was completely off. The blazer top was incredibly large while the pants were so small I couldn’t button them. When I inquired about a return, much like the other comments, they only allowed a replacement item sent that I would also have to pay $20 in shipping for.

Bought a dress that is completely misrepresented not only in material, fit, and style. Quality was cheap. When I complained to the company, all they offered me was I could get another item. Why would I want to buy another item and waste more money in shipping? Extremely dissatisfied.

Purchased suede boots that look similar to the photos, but distinctively are not. They are cheap and ugly. When I emailed they said they would send me a new pair of my choosing for only the cost of shipping ($19.95). When I asked how I could be sure they would look like the photos they gave me a vague answer. This is a drop shipping company that is likely using stolen photos. Working on getting a refund now.

Zero - this is a scam website. Do not do business with them. Products are cheap, synthetic from China. A waste of your time. You will pay more to return them to China to get your money back. Buyer be ware!!!!

Do not order from this website! It is a scam. I got my boots that said they were suede and what I received were basically fabric and plastic even though they say that there’s a refund policy they’re arguing with replacement rather than giving me a refund. Do not fall for this scam website! I’m now working on trying to get my money back.

My daughter gave me money to purchase a coat for Christmas. I purchased a black coat and a teddy coat. Going by their measurements, I chose my size. Okay, it comes directly from China and to get a refund you have to send it back, yes to China. I paid $70 to return to get my $130 refund which was from PayPal. They also wanted me to accept a different item, but the big body, skinny arms didn't work for me and would not work well for anyone I know. I did validate this is an official company before ordering. The long teddy coat, their description, was just a long, unstructured sweater. My daughter said what I ordered looked nothing like their pictures or descriptions. Figure their smaller sizes might work better for some, but never again.

If I could leave no stars I would. This is a fraudulent company. BEWARE!!! Even though their website says you can return your purchase for a refund, YOU CAN’T. It’s crap sent from China and their customer service is a bot. They sent me the wrong size pair of boots. The boots were supposed to be suede but they aren’t. “Customer service” is a broken record in email exchanges: “We know how frustrating this is”, “we want to come up with a solution”, “we have to talk to our “supplier”, “ keep the boots and we’ll give you 30% off your next purchase”, “we can offer you a 15% refund and you can keep the boots and pay $14.95 for the shipping”….mind you, THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE!! Every time I’d respond (like an idiot) that I just wanted a refund, they’d come back with another “solution” that completely disregarded my request for a refund. Don’t let “Los Angeles” in their name fool you….this is nothing but a scam out of China! Fool me once! Btw…my bank is investigating and credited me back what I paid for the crappy, wrong sized boots. Next, the “company” will respond to this review with a stock reply. If you think you are going to order something with the hope of returning if you’re not satisfied….think again!!
