I have been drinking hot cinnamon sunset for over 20 years every morning ,with a lot of flavor and the last tins I’ve bought at 3 different places have absolutely no flavor at all very disappointing .I would like to know if other have had this experience

I had been purchasing loving tea from Harney for years but the last two one pound bags of their Earl Grey Supreme was virtually tasteless. Which was strange because the bergamot aroma was strong when opening the bag but no flavor at all after brewing. My sister used to purchase English Breakfast from Harney - also by the pound - but she recently reported that the last batch she received from them had no flavor either.

Thank you for years of brewing Harney, and for taking the time to tell us this. A cup that smells of bergamot in the bag but pours flat is not the tea we want in your pot or your sister's, and we take it seriously, because every tea we sell is tasted for quality before it ships. When the aroma is strong but the flavor goes missing in the cup, that usually points to the freshness of a particular lot rather than the blend itself, and that is exactly what we want to track down. I got their Orange Mango drink. It was watery and loaded with added sugars. I didn't see any significant nutritional value. Quite frankly, because of the company's reputation I didn't bother really look at the contents.

We purchased over $90 of tea and at checkout they claimed my credit card did not process so they ran it again. When I checked my bank, they had charged me twice. Then they had the nerve to tell my bank. It was a legitimate charge. They seem like nice people but they will totally rip you off. Who buys $180 of tea? They were not very helpful or communicative.

ordered teas from this company and their website used to be good but now it is not. I have waited for them to get the tea to the USPS for 2 days. I contacted them and they said they were having difficulties but to be patient. I am patient no more.

You can't use Pay Pal for their purchases and from the reviews complaining of bad customer service and the lack of standing behind their products I can see why. Never buy from a company that isn't tied to Pay Pal.

The earl gray I received was so bland that I think it must be stale black tea and that’s it, yuck … the orange pekoe was ok but not great… the only good thing I received was the tins that the tea came in… I was so disappointed that I contacted the owner, he offered no explanation for the poor quality … rip off … won’t order from here again. Boo
