They send your checks regular USPS with no tracking number(!) My checks were supposed to arrive August 3, still no sign of them and it's August 11. Endless hold times to try and speak to someone (I gave up), and email to customer service still unanswered a week later.

Harland Clarke is a MONEY WHXRX. (I assume you can decode this desciption of their business model. When i 1st went online to request new checks (which my bank provides for free, Harland Clarke required a $17.00 shipping fee. I went to my bank who ordered them, and I just received them WITH NO SHIPPING CHARGE. HARLAND CLARKE SUCKS

My bank changed hands, and forced me to order my first batch "free" from this company. They got my name wrong initially. I corrected it. They sent me an email saying they were shipping checks with the correct name. Then I got the checks - my name was wrong. I called their so-called customer service. It was just an AI bot that repeatedly hung up on me, and refused to put me through to a human operator. I emailed them. They said to wait 48 hours for a reply. That was a week ago. Nothing - I have defective checks, and no way to remedy. Do NOT recommend this company.

My bank has us ordering checks through them. When it comes to check out, it just lags every single time and im unable to order checks. When I called them, the automated voice refused to connect me to a representative and kept hanging up on me. After finally being connected, i waited 25 minutes on hold - only for them to tell me their system doesnt like Apply products. They have a contract through American Express, they are on Costco, and probably everywhere else and they cant fix this? Terrible service.

I ordered checks on July 8, 2026. Was told to expect delivery 8/16/26 Checks did not arrive. When I called to inquire about them, I was on hold for over 1 hour, and am still on hold. No way they are this busy. Horrible service. I was charged $17 for track able delivery.

Tried tracking my personal mailing labels. But you cannot get past the loop on their phone system. typing in your routing number and account number with zip code, the message pops up, "we are unable to locate your order history." Waiting for bank to call. Will file a fraud charge if I do not get a resolution to this. Their Customer Service is non-existent. Will Never us this site again!!!! Horrible! Plus they overcharge for their products. Do not use this site. There are others with better service.

I'm paying four times as much for checks but getting only a quarter of the product, and the transaction register has been shrunk to just a few pages!! Similar item in China far exceeds this product! Do better!!

Worst experience of my life they said my personal checks was delivered on Wednesday. I never received them. I had to change my account numbers at the bank fearing my checks got into the wrong hands and then on Saturday I received my check order which is incorrect of course because I changed my account number. I called customer service. They were not very helpful. I told them I am not paying for the checks since I did not receive them and the order is now incorrect, and they may no indication of correcting a problem. I will never order checks from them again, and I advise the public not to order checks from them their were rude on the phone and not helpful.
