Jamie, Let's be honest here. You contacted us via email asking for a refund because your package hasn't arrived yet. It clearly states on our website & USPS website that all deliveries are delayed due to Covid-19. And as for customer support telling you no refunds ot that there is nothing further we could do is a fabrication.
