I tried to reorder product you are out of stock I called you and asked if you sold a similar product and woman said she can't me.she was rude and unhelpful

That is not the customer service we offer here at Hargravesotc.com I looked up your most recent order and it was for the Major LubriFresh PM Eye Ointment. If this is the product you are looking to reorder it is on back order from the Manufacturer. Unfortunately, we do not have any other eye ointments that are comparable to this. There has been such a high demand we can't keep them in stock. I can put you on our mailing list and when we get a supply I can let you know.
