Cheryl, I'm sorry you didn't receive your package in the 2-3 business day time frame. I don't recall getting an email from you to notify us of the delay in delivery times. If you would have reached out to us we could have rectified this back in July. I will issue a refund for the difference between standard shipping & priority shipping, which is $5.00. You will see the credit on the statement of the credit card you used when you placed the order. It will take 3-5 business days to show on your account. Stay Well

Kathleen, I just looked up your order, the tracking information reads that it will be delivered tomorrow. Unfortunately, all delivery times are extended due to Covid-19 (as it states on our website & on USPS website) I understand that it is frustrating, we are frustrated as well as we are the ones that are getting the bad reviews for something that is out of our control. We do have it posted on our website under standard shipping that it will take 2-6 business days and could take up to 8-12 business days to receive your order. We post it so this way our customers will know not to expect it until that time frame. We were hoping to alleviate these bad reviews. On the positive side of things you placed your order on Saturday, August 1st and it was fulfilled and shipped to USPS on Monday, August 3rd. Stay Well
