I was able to order medications not readily available in UK and certainly not at these good prices. The order process was so easy and I received regular updates to track the shipment. I received my order within 2.5 weeks which was superb. I highly recommend this company

Ordered some nasal spray through Amazon an it says its delivered on the 10 of June to fort Payne but I live in Geraldine guess this will be the last time I order anything from yall in the future it was a waste of 15 dollars

I've been using Hargraves for quite a while now and I've never been unsatisfied with anything they do. They have cost-effective prices and such a large variety of OTC medication that you can find just about anything you're looking for. The shipping is nice because you can track your order easily. I would highly recommend anyone to use Hargraves if you don't want to go to a pharmacy just to get your medication. Just have it shipped "right to your door", as the saying goes. 11 out of 10 keep doing a great job and I thank you for making my life easier.

Bad customer service, product information not complete, and strict refund/return policy is not disclosed before purchasing. Their customer service representatives would benefit from professional customer service training. Be careful, not all product information is listed. Also, read their refund/return policy before you purchase. It's not easy to find on their website. They have a 15% restocking fee on products that are on their selves. Restocking fees are typically reserved for special orders. Also, their mobile website version is not performing well.

Dawn, I understand you are upset because we wouldn't cancel your order on the day it was being delivered to you because you realized you were allergic to one of it's ingredients. Not even Amazon will cancel an order after it has been shipped! Our product information is complete, all information is listed or directed to see the image provided of all supplemental facts, including active & inactive ingredients, along with the expiration date (which most sites do not list) and other information. As for our return/refund policy is disclosed if you read it. See the link below https://hargravesotc.com/pages/return-refund-policy And like most websites the business information including all policies is located at the footer of the website, as a business owner you should know that. Our customer service is top notch and we will work with the customer unless the customer feels they should have a full refund including shipping because they failed to read the product description. Yes, we do have a 15% restocking fee, that applies only if the return is voluntary, in this case it was. No, restocking fees are not reserved for special orders. And as for our products sitting on our shelves, that is your assumption, we are strictly an online business and turn product around very quickly. As for our mobile site, our IT department has thoroughly checked it out and is working perfectly fine. Hargraves Online Healthcare Team!

I got their Version of poly vi sol by Enfamil and it was great! I use it for my Quail and my dogs and they have lived long lives, except the one the vet killed. I love their fast service and the quality of product. Good place!
