You ordered your product on June 4th @ 4:15 pm and chose the standard shipping option which takes 3-6 business days to arrive. Because it was after 3 pm when you placed the order it went out the next business day. It was sent on June 5th. Annette, I'm sorry you were not happy with the Carmex Lip Balm in the tube (3 Pack) you ordered. Was something else shipped to you? What is misleading? that comment is very vague. We are a very customer-focused company with many 5 star reviews and we take all reviews seriously, the good & bad so if it was a product you were unhappy with you should have reached out to us, we would have taken care of it for you.
