Michael, If you do not notify us before leaving a bad review how will we know you didn't receive your order? We responded promptly after receiving your email, per our discussion in checking into your tracking number from USPS, it showed your order was delivered. As you stated you are going to check with your neighbors to see if they received it by mistake, please let us know the outcome, as we are willing to work with you on this. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
