absolutely horrendous customer service. I have called 5 times, I have emailed. I try to buy and it will not go through even though it says there is plenty of stock, sure wish I knew who owned this business to let me know how much money he is losing, unless, perhaps he only uses to wash money.

Cannot check out on their website (have tried Chrome and Mozilla browsers) either logged in or as a guest. Message sent to customer service 48+ hours ago; no response yet. Just tried again, and same result. When signed in, tells me that the amount has changed, review and try again....price has not changed, and will not allow to proceed. As a guest, will not allow me to enter a shipping address.

Terrible customer service. My mother bought a few items from them and the last one she wanted to return, multiple calls/emails and nobody has let us know if it can be returned, instead they just don't answer/respond.

I ordered the incorrect brush and was told they cannot be returned because they came from one of their vendors. Will not order from them again.

Excellent prices compared to my local market dictated by 2 giant box stores... Even with the reasonable shipping I still saved $40. My order was processed quickly and I received the item sooner than expected. The best part is helping a small business rather than some giant chain store.

The money was withdrawn but the orders did not arrive. The customer representative did not respond seriously.

The reason why your order was canceled in the first place is because your payment failed. The card you used was fraudulent. The shipping address you provided was fraudulent. No real person or contact number was provided. We tried contacting you at least 5 times on the number you provided and no one ever answered. When I asked to provide the correct address and contact details in the email we never received any answers. This just goes to show that you did a fraudulent transaction and we don't deal with that.
