I made a deposit. Then my account was put on a security hold for no reason whatsoever. It’s been weeks of trying to get access to my account, providing various identification, just to get my deposited money back out of there. They’re running a scam. They lock your money up - you can’t bet and you can’t get it back. Stay away! Update: My account became accessible and I got me money about 1 month later. So it's not a scam, it just takes them along time to do their checks and they don't communicate very well. Not sure if that's because I won the first and only bet I was able to make.

They have a stronghold in Florida. Sportsbetting isnt allowed through any other National company. Therefore, their customer service is laughable and they have zero respect for their customer base. They have no checks and balances and can do whatever they want because we have no other choice then to just not be allowed to bet. HardRock Tampa is great. I feel like I should mention that because Ive dealt with them for years. Ive never really had issues there but the few that have come up over the years, they've always fixed and really treated me with respect. So no shade thrown on Tampa Hardrock, but Hardrock Bet is a joke.

They told me not to curse on the chat when all I said was "wtf". Held my money for DAYS!!! couldn't play. Then threaten to ban me for the usage of AND I QUOTE "PROFANITY" for using LETTERS!!! HARD PASS! DONT DO IT FORKS!!! They also SHUT DOWN MY ACCOUNT AND KEPT MY MONEY FOR WEEKS!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU WONT SEE IT AGAIN!

I would advise everyone to stay away from this app!! I literally signed up and my payment methods, when trying to deposit, would eventially say "insufficient funds" only to realize a day or two later, the app would withdraw the funds and more from my account added. Then, when I went to withdraw my winnings. Before they actually took funds out of my accounts, Hard Rock bet rejected my withdrawal and suspended my account. I had to close all my accounts and start new. You should be aware that, you will have the same issues. Please go to BBB.com and put in hard rock bets, I am not the only one, I am just one of the little fish, in their big pond, that they have swallowed. Be careful!! Please do your research and realize, this is not something you need in your life. If you do the research online, you will see, there are so many more like me, same story. I write this review, because I pray you are not going to join the losers club and you stay away from this app.

Hard Rock Bet don’t even get a star. The worse sports bet. If you cannot control fraud then you guys should get shut down. DO NOT play on this site. I am WARNING you!
