Went to the Hardee’s on peach orchard rd in Augusta Ga. As usual something was left off my order . I ordered a Hardee’s breakfast and it comes with hash browns of course I didn’t get them. Ask for butter girl said it was in the bag but it wasn’t and no fork or anything to eat with. WAKE UP PEOPLE or I will take my business somewhere else. Trying to support you but you’ve got to get better. The food is good I can say that.

I tried the new prime rib burger. Absolutely disgusting. They used to have excellent burgers but not sure what stuff its made up of now. Charbroiled not anymore. The "prime rib" looked like shaved meat from supermarket and hardly any on the burger. Did not taste like prime rib.

Tried the Prime Rib Biscuit from Hardees Carolina Beach NC,I live here so. I took pics and did a video to prove it's disgustingness! That's all I have to say about it!!

Tried the prime rib biscuit. Took one bite. It was so gross I had to spit it out. A total waste of money!

Consistently...the mushroom and Swiss burger....the outer edge of the burger...always hard.

We had to wait 5 minutes at the speaker before anyone talked to us. Then we had to repeat our order 4 times. After that, we have to wait 15 minutes for someone to come outside and ask us what we ordered. After the person came back within 1 minute, the order was wrong. Then we waited another 10 minutes and just asked for my money back.

The Hardee’s of of Centerville and mtpleasant. Chesapeake ,Va. the worst I’ve ever been too. They were rude and smart butts. They just act like they don’t want to do their job as well. Like customers bother them. It’s truly sad. I Will never be back . Sorry 😐
