I purchased a pre-used motherboard from Hard Disk Direct and upon receiving it, I noticed a defect on the board upon opening the box. I contacted support and Wayne Richardson sent me another board right away. I recommend this site for your computer needs. I also got a reduced price when I first ordered the board. They were very helpful.

Customer Service representative Mr. W. Richardson worked diligently to assist me with hardware compatibility problems. Mr. W. Richardson did not quit, he persevered performed his due diligence, researched the hardware, sought advice of other experts and eventually, after what seemed like too many weeks, Mr. W. Richardson found a solution that worked. Any company that advocates the work ethic and integrity of a person like Mr. W. Richardson is a company that will be very successful.

Purchased a “refurbished” item from the company. They first offered to upsell me to a “new” item from their “overseas warehouse” I opted for the “refurbished” item. When it arrived they had not even taken the time to clean the bird poo off the item (an outdoor item) nor enclosed a power injector (claiming that even the new item does not include one…horse poo). Additionally there was no padding in the box, so the item was just rattling around in the box during transit. Can I leave no stars?
Response from Hard Disk DirectFeb 9, 2023

We also apologize for the lack of padding in the box during transit, which could have caused damage to the item.
