Switching from ShopKeep to HarborTouch…
Switching from ShopKeep to HarborTouch has been like a breath of fresh air. Their back office features are amazing, as well as their prompt customer support. My smoothie shop now feels complete. I will definitely be using them at future locations.

Easy to use
Not having any training I found it fairly easy to manage the system with little problem. Support was always helpful when needed.

We are very happy with Harbortouch
We are very happy with Harbortouch. Great system, great service. Would be 5 stars but it is a little expensive! (But worth it)

We've had good experiences so far
We've had good experiences so far. Customer service has usually been very helpful. There have been a couple instances that I've called and left under the impression the person wasn't sure how to fix the problem or wasn't understanding what I was asking.

So far so good.
No major problems that customer service couldn't help over the phone. Installation was not pretty. It looked like a squirrels nest of wires. 1 phone call and another installer came out and did a great job. So far so good.

Very simple easy to learn program
Very simple easy to learn program! I love all the capabilities. Not all my clients get auto reminders though....
