Since installing Harbortouch POS, the support staff have been excellent!! Any question asked or issue encountered, they are right on and prompt.

POS well integrated
POS well integrated. Menu interface is detailed and easy to learn. I like detailed reports. Support has been better and better. Everyone I have dealt with has been knowledgeable and friendly.

The Best System I've Ever Used!
The ease of use of this system is great! Learning the system is simple and the support staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing I'd add to the system is a training mode, but there's an easy workaround as you can void a ticket using the training reason, but that shows up on your reports. I'd rather have a mode where my crew can play with the machine without it showing up. Other than that, I love this POS.
