Gabrielle is very helpful!
Gabrielle, our Customer Success Manager, has been fantastic to work with! She answers questions promptly, clearly has much knowledge and is able to explain how things work, and has a great customer service attitude. I have struggled with finding info and understanding how it is laid out in the portal at times, but she has been great about taking care of us. General customer service have been fairly prompt with call backs, although some times it takes a bit longer to get things resolved that way.

Harbor Compliance made a difference
Harbor offers a well-rounded platform for managing multiple layers of compliance needs. Combined with consistent support, it was an instant boost to our program, helping to comb through years of inexpert management and providing much needed understanding of the complex construction licensing and compliance field. Labyrinth Review
When I first came onboard with Labyrinth I did not have a Customer Success Manager. This made things hard. I requested a different manager and now I am with Gabrielle. This has made my experience fantastic because someone I can rely to communicate and answer questions. The Customer Success Manager is a make or break on my opinion. Gabrielle is the best and I hope she never leaves. She is helpful and follows up with good answers when she is not sure.
