Kelly Myers was a great partner and took care of our account, kept us up to date and had a very quick response time! She's moved to a new role and if still available when I reach out and goes above and beyond. The customer portal is lacking, I never have anything attached to be able to see permits or status. I have to reach out a lot and response time can be slow, especially if something is urgent or past due.
