i was having a little problem with invoice of my accommodation,but lady from helpdesk made everything for my pleasure

I've had a hotel booking with happy rooms through Wego site in Baku (Fairmount hotel )but unfortountualy my visa request was rejected thus I've informed Happy rooms team about this on the same day (9th) morning and they promised me to solve this issue with the VIP team and I called them yesterday to follow up as I didn't receive any reply until yesterday so they promised me to get back to me soon and I'm still waiting!! This website is very easy to access and I value the wealth of information it has in terms making bookings. The choices are very precise and to the point.
