Your customer service is excellent, some of the best I've experienced. When my shipment was stolen, HH pleasantly offered to replace it without additional charge. Thank you. I'm a customer for the life of what hair I have left!

Best customer service
If you care at all about customer service, happy head will make you very satisfied. They are so easy to get a hold of and are extremely helpful and to the point. I recently accidentally messed up an order and sent it to an invalid address. Gave them a call and they not only immediately understood the problem, but also instantly sent out a new bottle FREE OF CHARGE. This isn’t even the only story i have where a screw up on my end was met with understanding and genuine helpfulness on their end.

So far I have had a great experience…
So far I have had a great experience with Happy Head. Glyza was very companionate and knowledgeable about their products. I received my first box quickly and my serum is coming tomorrow. Great customer service.
