Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Products seem to have all the latest top notch medications. Only been using for 6 months but hair has been very stable.

Customer service was really great
The customer service rep was very attentive and thorough when answering the multiple questions that I asked her. As before when I spoke with a different rep several weeks ago both he and her were great at their jobs.

No complaints!
I’m really excited to get my results- the results do take a while to come back, but it makes sense for what they’re doing. The kit is really easy to use and send back, and communication has been so great with the company!
