Happy Head, a great company
I have been using Happy Head for a quite a while now. Every time that I have called them, their representatives have been friendly and professional. Today, I was helped by Mushi. After hearing that a shipment was delivered damaged, he didn't hesitate to expedite a replacement, so I wouldn't run out of the product. Good customer service is not as common as it should be, so I truly appreciate it. Happy Head has a great product, and great customer service

Agent understood my request and was eager to fulfill the changes to my subscription. Agent was also pretty friendly and quick. My request was simple; but as always, I never had a major complaint with Happy Head customer service.

High quality
Been a customer since 2022, and happy with results and customer service. They have a new discount on bulk purchase which is good for environment and ease too. I used other companies prior to them, but they weren’t as good. Actually regrew hair and keeping it, shipments arrive on time, you can get a hold of a live rep that is knowledgeable, or do the chat, good company

One year progress report
This is about one year and this company rocks! Today I had a cal with Reynier and he helped me with my ordering. Every time I call it’s it a great experience!
