Liars
Liars, they charged me a MONTH ago and still no product. When I call the say it’s not them it’s “the pharmacy.” What???!!! The pharmacy? I’m buying happy head solution from happy head… what pharmacy? I’m buying your product from you. Well, that’s what you claimed I bought. So far happy head has only delivered lies.

Our Topical Finasteride & Minoxidil for Hair Loss (which you've ordered), is a prescription medication that requires a doctor's approval. After filling out our telehealth questionnaire and completing the purchase, you're prompted to submit pictures of your hair loss and a photo ID into our system, which completes the consultation process with your assigned Happy Head dermatologist. The pharmacy that we're connected with, then compounds your solution and ships it to your door. It can take 1-2 business days for them to ship it out. Nothing good about HH charging my card
Nothing good about, Happy Head in my opinion, HH charging my card. No product was received three weeks out. I emailed texts online chat,l and NO called responses. Now since I'ev posted HH wants more details, to late! you should try to answer your phone at customer service and return customer emails and communications. That's the way to do it, not run BOT damage control!

Worst customer support on this planet
Worst customer support on this planet. I'm certain nefarious, black market "businesses" have more responsive customer support services. I ordered May 18th and received a doctor's prescription the very next day. It's June 5th and still have no tracking number OR ANYTHING. No one responds to chat, no one responds to email inquiries, and you get a generic "thank you for your patience" text when you text the number provided on their website. Don't bother ordering from here. You'd have much better service from Hims or some other company. Hell I bet I could jump on a plan, fly to a foreign country where a prescription isn't legally required, fly back, and my order would still say "processing". This is pathetic.

Poorly run if not a scam
This is very poorly run company if not just a scam with a good marketing department. They will bill you immediately, then no one will respond to you. Their emails do not actually work. My Anti Virus software wont even let me try to log into the site. Stay Clear of this company.

A startup so out of its depth that it should shut its doors immediately
While everyone I've dealt with at Happy Head has been friendly (albeit condescending and glib at times), they're incapable of fulfilling orders or following through on their promises. As of today, 6/2, I've been waiting on an order that was to be fulfilled on 5/15. Several messages to the company went unanswered until I engaged customer service on chat. Several chat conversations and several promises of tracking numbers and deliveries later, the issue is still not resolved. Please avoid using Happy Head at all costs. Use any other option available to you unless you're into having your time wasted, being lied to about people getting back to you and having your money tied up while customer service fails to resolve issues over and over again. Incredibly frustrating and very disappointing.

I have been using the shampoo and…
I have been using the shampoo and conditioner.Since I have been using it, my hair has stopped falling out. In addition, it gives me shine that I had not had with another products.

Great service, consistent service
It was easy to work through the onboarding, chat with a doctor & receive my tailored prescription. They have also quickly & expertly made minor adjustments to my subscription over the last six months. It has been very easy to work with them and I am thankful for the results I am enjoying!

Works great for me!
I used other products for well over a year, with limited results. I tried HH and saw more hair within a couple weeks; using it only once a day I just wash my hair real good before applying in the morning, and use a micro needle roller every 3 weeks or so...so it's working awesome for me!
