Thinning edges
I have been suffering with scared alopecia that is unrecognizable for 20+ years. Now that i am 45 my hair and edges are thinning as expected but still sad nonetheless. I will say out of Allllll the oil, creams, injections these drops work!!! And trust me as a black female with fine soft curly hair for me to leave a review speaks volumes!!❤️💪🏽💪🏽 Ive been using the drops since may and see tremendous growth. Keep in mind im nit the best at routines so i can only imagine if i used twice a day as recommended 😫❤️💪🏽

The PRODUCT is SUPERIOR, but GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE made me a customer for life
First of all, the product is simply superior to other formulations I've tried. The product is great, but what really sold me was the customer service. We've all had it with those companies that want you to sign up for a subscription and then send you more product regardless of whether you need it or not. HappyHead admin was very responsive when I raised the fact that I'm not through the first bottle they sent me and I don't want to receive the next scheduled delivery. They very easily accommodated my request to suspend delivery until I'm complete with the first bottle they sent me. That really impressed me and has me writing this review. Other companies need to take note: this is what good customer care looks like.

Bad costumer service
The product was good. It went on well and great. However after the first month my second bottle was lost in the mail. When I messaged them about it being lost they look at long time to respond. As of right now I haven’t had the hair serum for 2 months and they already charged me for the lost one. I really wish I could of enjoyed the product.

Hi there! We're so sorry to hear about that lost order. I see in our logs that you initially reached out to us on July 3rd; our offices were closed for the holiday so we weren't able to respond & address the issue until July 5th. In the case of lost packages we are required to verify the address on file is correct with the patient, this is why we weren't able to ship a new one out immediately and instead waited until we had that confirmation from you. We since shipped out a replacement order at no charge, and I can see according to the tracking number that order was delivered to you successfully, as well as it seems the lost order was also marked delivered finally as well. If you didn't receive those two please let us know and we can investigate further!

Only positive things to say about this company! Customer service are extremely helpful. Also, doctors respond to messages within 24hrs. I will be a lifelong customer!

I've been using happy head 6 weeks AMAZING
I've been using happy head 6 weeks and have seen massive improvements in my thickness and coverage. I had tried everything from rogaine to extra biotin the nutrafol to hims. This stuff works. Twice a day. Very very happy so far. Huge change in such a short period of time.

If I could give 0 I would. Do not order from this company! I did not sign up for shipments $79 charged on my card I have called three times emsiled twice . Emails return as oops something went wrong. Do not buy!
