Product is good. Works for me and I can easily modify the fin concentration and add a solvent. Glyza Faye presented great and prompt support and went above and beyond to make sure my questions and concerns were taken care of.

I have only been with Happy Head for a month now but I already feel a difference. I do plan to continue the treatment because the experience with Happy Head has been seamless. I had recently added a new credit card to my profile and Charlotte reached out to me yesterday explaining that they were having issues with my new card. She was extremely helpful, patient and understanding while I used out the original card back on file. She dollop with me yesterday and again today thanking me for my patronage. I was running short on my product and needed a bottle shipped in a hurry. I called the customer service line at happy head, and I got Charlotte V. on the phone. She took very good care of me, was extremely polite and understanding, and rushed my order to me within days. This type of Customer Service isn’t seen much anymore and I truly appreciated it.

Customer service gives great support. I have not had any problems with the products or customer service. The company will customize frequency of shipping, and you can choose to have your order shipped automatically or order manually. Now, for the product quality, I have been very happy with the topical and especially the hair supplements. Unlike other supplements, this one worked so fast that my hair stopped falling out in less than one month. Also, the supplements don’t back up on me like other brand supplements. Between the supplements and topical, I already have regrowth in two months. It’s an expensive product, I’ll confess, but worth it so far.

They keep charging your credit card even when they do not send you any product. I purchased in Oct 2023 and they charged me for the hair growth product and I added the shampoo for a couple of extra dollars. They never sent me anything. They want a copy of my passport and said that all my answers to their questions were lost, so they asked for all types of more info. Then, as I was considering my next step, they re-billed a 2nd time when they know they never sent me any of the original product. Thieves? We'll see what they do now that I have contacted customer service. I have obviously canceled. Will they return both the charges? Updated 12-4, they did reimburse me for both payments taken. CS girl was nice. I have updated my review from a 1 start to a middle of the road. Hard for me to give a 4 or 5 star when their website failed so egregiously, ordering process completely broke down, and order fulfillment department dropped the ball.

First off, their product works, and works very well for restoring my hair. Second, their customer service is rock solid. They are very accommodating and will do what they can to make you happy. I'm very happy that I found this company! Thank you, Mike Durso

I have really seen a lot of growth with this product. I was having a problem with hair growth on my face and the Dr made me a new formula at no charge and everything been going well ever since. I tried many products in the past with limited results but Happy Head has exceeded my expectations. I am extremely happy with this product.
