The customer service is GREAT!
The customer service is GREAT! Ronellyn was very helpful and underdstanding! The product seems to be working, but i am in early stages. So far so good!

I called to just verify current…
I called to just verify current information and was able to customize my current formula. Ken was helpful in suggesting that I try it without the Aloe Vera and that would help make it not as greasy hopefully. Very happy with Happy Head and their customer service and the plethora of customization options!! Worth the money. If you want to save the hair you have and maybe even grow some back don’t wait until it’s too late!!

Customer service
I am a brand new customer so I can only give a review of what has transpired thus far. This product is different than the "other" I was using. HH makes the hair feel fuller. It's way too soon (2 weeks) to see results. As far as customer service...Angelica has been remarkable!!!! She has responded almost instantly to my questions. You GO ANGELICA!!!! Their customer service is excellent
Their customer service is excellent. I’ve called several times and haven’t had to wait long to speak to someone. My questions have been answered and, in addition, they’ve given me tips that have worked well for me. This last time, the rep was very nice and complied with my request immediately.

Great Results and Customer Service
The supercapsule with the topical application once a day has worked well for allowing me to regrow hairloss from stress and androgenic alopecia. I am a 68 year old woman and my hair is now back after 6 months to my prior premenopausal thickness. My hairdresser has also noticed that most of my new hair is coming back pigmented so I don't need to touch up gray roots as frequently. Even my eyebrows are thicker! I have had to experiment with the topical since the standard formulation made my scalp look somewhat oily and hair stuck together. But ordering it without aloe has worked well for me and I don't need to use it as much since I am also taking the oral capsule every day. Thank you happy head!
