Charlette V. was a great help!
Charlette V. walked me through my yearly renewal stage. She was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. She guided me in the proper direction to make sure that my health would not conflict with Happy Head products by informing the medical staff. Charlette did so quickly and I received my order without delay. I highly recommend Happy Head not only for its effectiveness, but also for it's great customer service!

The customer support is good
The customer support is good, but the product doesn’t work well enough to justify the price. They should have a 6 bottle discount rate so people can tell if it works before jacking up the price. Not worth the money otherwise. 4 or 5 new hairs for 120$ doesn’t cut it.

Great customer service
Happy Head’s customer service is incredible! Alexander A. in particular has gone above and beyond to resolve an issue I’ve had with the medication. By far some of the best customer service I’ve ever received!

I just placed my first order
I just placed my first order. Part didn’t come I thought here we go…..emailed after hours Friday night. Figured I’d hear something. Hopefully. To my surprise an almost instant response. Politely apologizing and saying the rest of the order is on the way. Best customer service ever!!!!!
