Their website is very frustrating. You have to buy stuff first before you see the dermatologist. And I didn’t even know what I was buying. I finally got through to someone who assisted me, but it was just very challenging. Took me over an hour to place an order of what I wanted. Now I have to wait for a dermatologist to approve it. Not sure why I didn’t speak to a dermatologist right away.

Hi William, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re really sorry to hear how frustrating the process felt. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. To clarify, our process is designed so that your order information and medical intake are first submitted for review, which allows one of our board-certified dermatologists to evaluate your case and prescribe a customized treatment if appropriate. You’re not locked into anything without that clinical approval, and adjustments can always be made based on the dermatologist’s recommendations. That said, we completely understand how the flow can feel confusing, especially if it’s not clear what you’re selecting before that review step. Thank you for your feedback on the website experience and the timing of your dermatologist interaction. We’re glad you were eventually able to connect with a team member for assistance, but it shouldn’t have taken that long. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.

Their human customer service is great but the product is straight trash as is their AI. I had to call to cancel my prescription to their 20% absorption rate dutasteride. The powdered form is garbage. There needs to be a better carrier solution with the proper activation for the medication to work. I lost a year of my gains and lost ground using Happy Head.

Hi Deefo, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that you had a positive interaction with our Care Team, but we’re very sorry to learn that the product and your overall results, did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can feel when you’ve been consistent with treatment and don’t see the progress you were hoping for. Hair loss treatments can vary significantly from person to person, and finding the right formulation, strength, and delivery method often requires adjustments over time. We also want to clarify that our AI is designed to assist with initial support and streamline requests, but it should always route more complex concerns, like cancellations or treatment issues, to a human agent for proper handling. We’re sorry if that process felt frustrating or inefficient in your case. Your experience is not the one we aim to provide, and we’d really appreciate the opportunity to take a closer look at your treatment history and see if there’s anything we can do to help you achieve your desired results. We truly value your feedback and the opportunity to improve.

I just had a conversation with your representative Angelica D. It was so AMAZING!!! She is AWESOME!! I have been a client of Happy Head for approximately 4mos and the results I am seeing from your products have been superior to any hair regrowth company I have ever used. I have used Bosley, Nutrafol, and Rogaine in the past and these companies pale in comparison to Happy Head. The results from Happy Head are far greater. But not only that but the customer service is far greater than I have ever experienced with the other companies. They are sincerely in this business to help those who are having hair loss issues succeed and regrow their hair. They are so helpful and offer discounts, promotions and a helping financial hand at times when my budget was tight. Excellent, top-of-the-line program if you refer a friend. That is what I was having a conversation with Angelica D. She and the Happy Head Company just gave me a free month for two of my subscriptions. Also, I have received several discounts over the past four months. Also, for just starting out with Happy Head the initial cost was discounted for me. Each day I am amazed at the thickness and growth and the visible new hairs sprouting are already after only 4 months 1/2 inch long. AMAZING!! AWESOME!! If I had one word to describe Happy Head it would be "TRUE."
