I signed up to this casino and claimed the 2 sc bonus and was playing my favorite game book of kemet and spun into a bonus with the max multiplier and then a few spins into that bonus received another 10 spins. Needless to say I was omw to a decent size win. But at 6 spins into the 20 bonus spins what do you know the game froze I refreshed it and I just kept getting an "error 204 sorry there was an error while communicating with casino server" no matter what I do it won't open the game anymore and support said it was my Internet connection yet every other game works. Suspicious is an understatement UPDATE: LMAO what a weird response and straight up lie btw. I have copies of our conversation I'd gladly show anyone and You banned my account from even signing in now so shows how guilty you are. You could have responded with a legit response apologizing for the error and explain to me how it wasn't your fault my game was frozen in the middle of a huge bonus round and then permanently unable to load even tho every other game could included said game on gold coin mode and that you didn't manipulate my game and If it was believable I would have updated my review and admitted my error. Instead you try to lie on my name and then tell other casinos not to trust me, and try to get trustpilot to remove my review. Yea not a good look
