I signed up for happy endings casino and I ended up winning 141.00 and I proceeded to start a redeem for 100.00 I had to get ahold of customer service and start a verification I provided photo ID a government document and did their selfie I was contacted and told that my current piece of mail only a couple weeks old and issued from the state of Minnesota is not acceptable as proof of address this I found hard to believe since it is in fact a government issued document with all my information but I contacted customer service and they said I needed provide a tax document a bank statement or utility bill and there is no way they could accept my government document I have cashed out at many social casinos and never had issues considering the document has my address and is issued by the state but I proceeded to let them know I didn't have the documents needed because my bank doesn't send paper statements it's electronic and they don't accept electronic statements but I would get them the documents they needed if they couldn't accept skrill or my banks e statement and I proceeded to request the statements to proceed with redemption happy endings blocked my account and I no longer have access to my winnings and they told me it's because I didn't have the documents they requested they gave me absolutely no time to get said documents they were very short and rude and all emails were all coming from betcoin a casino that closed due to unsavory business practices such as blocking accounts to deny customers their redemptions there is plenty of evidence of said practices to be found online they just tried to rebrand betcoins with happy endings and are back to their old criminalistic ways of ripping off customers I have it all documented with screenshots and emails and I'm just letting other unknowing customers know that you may be in danger of losing your winnings for no reason but a crooked business with no intentions of paying your winnings this has been a horrible experience and if I could give less stars into the negative I most definitely would!

I signed up for this casino and did everything correctly, and I ended up winning $100 so I decided to cash out and it let me redeem but there was a 1-3 day wait which was fine, this was on a Thursday, therefore I had to wait for the weekend and of course Monday was memorial day so Tuesday was day 2 and I decided to log in to check the status and my account is blocked and there's no way I can get a hold of customer support. This site is a scam and I'm not happy with it
