HappyEnding.comReviews of happyending.com

This is the third time I have had to review this to try and get someone's attention I've sent multiple emails with no reply back from any of them this is very frustrating not being able to get my account unlocked considering I have what I need to make this possible

I sent my documents and they blocked my account after I won

joined happy endings.com and won so i tried to redeem and they emailed me saying I had another account so they could not verify my identity and blocked my account. That is an absolute lie this is a new site I have never had an account before they literally made up a lie to not have to pay my winnings. I asked them to send proof and of course they refused and just said I violated the terms of service. SCAMMERS BEWARE

Poorly, I created an account I won and tried redeeming my winnings and my account was blocked the next day. I tried emailing them they respond with your in violation of creating more then 1 account. I told them I never did that if they can look into it for me and verify again because I know for a fact i only have one account. They won’t respond back. They won’t pay me my winnings. I wouldn’t play with this site. Their customer service sucks, they are fraud.

Very well and respectable staffing at this casino.

My account was blocked after submitting a verifying documentation from my bank, ID, and selfie. I requested my withdrawal and I never got it. This site is an absolute scam! I hate to say that but it is! This is not ok! I won my wagers fair and square and submitted a documentation! Now im being told that I created more than one account and provided fake documents. Which im on camera at wells fargo retrieving yesterday for the bank. Lies! These ppl should be ashamed of themselves!

Im not normally a fan of leaving reviews often, however when I say that this new online casino is my FAVORITE, I really mean it. If yall haven't signed up for HappyEnding.com your missing out. They have a SC sign up bonus, you forst purchase satchel after messaging support, and they have a variety of different achievements to earn free SC. Has sports betting and classic casino slots amd table games. Seriously go now and thank me later.

Haha well let's see the customer service department didn't fill out the deposit information as they should have so my redemption was returned to them. Customer service decided to tell me I would then have to pay a 35 dollar fee for their mistake on top of refusing to give any paperwork on this "fee". Then when I provided proof it was an error on their side I was then told I was spamming and I was then blocked from the platform so they jacked my money I have proof of what customer support did. The redemption was for 100 dollars they didn't do the paperwork correctly so my bank sent it back then they charged me a 35 dollar fee ( they won't show any paperwork on) so where it came from idk. Not to mention it was returned because of them. Then they shut down my account because I was messaging customer support
